WHO AM I?

Hi, I’m Felix! I’m a commercial pilot and fitness enthusiast who firmly believes that mental strength is the foundation for physical fitness and personal success. In every pursuit, I challenge myself to excel, striving for growth and self-improvement. At my core, I’m a man who values taking care of himself and living life with intention and purpose.

From a young age, I realized that setting specific goals gave me an edge, propelling me forward in all areas of life. Over time, I’ve devoted myself to nurturing the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of my being. Connecting these three pillars has given me the confidence to trust my abilities and face life’s challenges head-on.

My fitness journey began in a dim basement when I was just 13 or 14 years old, lifting weights in middle school. That humble beginning ignited a lifelong passion, and I’ve never looked back. Along the way, life has thrown me plenty of curveballs, pushing me to recalibrate and develop resilience. These experiences taught me that building a strong body requires building a strong mind.

At 19, I shifted my focus in the gym toward muscle-building, embracing simple yet effective methods to craft a physique that many aspire to achieve. Along the way, I’ve prioritized injury prevention and mental fortitude, ensuring my approach to fitness is sustainable and balanced.Now, I’m here to share my journey and insights with you. My mission is to help you become a sound, well-oiled machine—physically, mentally, and spiritually. It all starts with building a strong mind because a strong mind creates a strong body.
